Dunnella are extremely proud to have been audited by Independent European Certification to meet the standards of BS EN ISO 9001:2000. This demonstrates our commitment to Customers, Suppliers, Associates, Employees, and all who are involved with our business.

The new ISO 9000 2000 standards are based on eight quality management principles. ISO chose these principles because they can be used to improve organizational performance and achieve success.

ISO 9000 2000 Quality Management Principles
